About Central Park Walk & Connect
Love walking but wish you had more people to walk with? Join us for a free community walk filled with movement, connection, and good vibes!
We’ll begin by introducing ourselves and getting to know one another. Your host will also share a brief introduction to Family Healthy Lifestyle and the purpose behind our growing wellness community. We’ll then enjoy an approximately one-hour walk through Central Park—about 20 blocks at a comfortable but steady pace.
